Based on road cross-section width, we calculate lamp arrangement and pole spacing. Single-carriageway, dual-carriageway, and four-carriageway roads each correspond to different lighting layouts.

Lane Count Analysis

For 2-lane, 4-lane, 6-lane and above roads, we match LED luminaires with different power ratings and light distribution curves to ensure zero dark zones.

Illuminance Standards

Strictly compliant with CJJ 45 Road Lighting Design Standards:

Expressway: 30–50 lx

Arterial road: 20–30 lx

Sub-arterial road: 10–15 lx

Local road: 8–10 lx

Material & Craftsmanship

Q235 / Q355 high-quality steel, one-piece conical pole forming, automatic submerged arc welding, smooth and aesthetic weld seams.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Internal and external hot-dip galvanizing with zinc coating thickness ≥ 65 μm, compliant with GB/T 2694. Outdoor service life exceeds 25 years.

Powder Coating

Optional RAL color powder coating with uniform color and strong adhesion, further enhancing weather resistance and appearance.

Wind Resistance — Class 12

Verified by finite element analysis and wind tunnel testing. Structural safety assured at 36.9 m/s wind speed, equivalent to Class 12 typhoon resistance.

IP66 Protection

Fully sealed optical chamber prevents dust ingress and high-pressure water jets. Suitable for heavy rain, sandstorms, and harsh outdoor environments.

IK08 Impact Resistance

Tempered glass or PC lens combined with high-strength die-cast aluminum housing. Withstands 5J impact energy, resistant to external damage and vandalism.

CAD Foundation Construction Drawings

We provide complimentary pole foundation construction drawings, including foundation dimensions, rebar layout, embedded parts positioning, and concrete grade specifications.

Foundation Casting

Excavation → Rebar cage → Anchor bolts → C30 concrete pour

Curing Period

Cure 7–14 days; pole erection only after concrete strength reaches 70%

Pole Erection

Crane lifting → Verticality adjustment → Nut tightening

Wiring

Cable pulling → Terminal connection → Insulation testing

Power-On Commissioning

Power test → Illuminance inspection → Smart dimming setup
